Why can’t I find an event on the website?

Below are a few reasons or suggestions to help you with your search.

  • No performances are currently scheduled for 1STBANK Center, date, or artist you may have selected.
  • 1STBANK Center will only list an event after all information is confirmed with artist management. Events are always listed in time to purchase tickets the day they are put on sale.
  • Check the proper spelling of the artist, band, or building. All words must be spelled correctly.
  • Check to see you entered the proper Search Type and the corresponding artist, city, zip, or building.
  • Make sure there is spacing between your words (i.e. John Hiatt, not johnhiatt)
  • Try a different search method. Search by city or zip instead of artist name or building name.
  • The event may not be officially promoted by 1STBANK Center or AEG Live. You may want to try finding the event on the Band’s official website.

How do I buy tickets?

Online - Tickets are available for purchase on the Calendar Page and axs.com.

Box Office - Open on event days only starting 2 hours prior to doors.

What is the Quick Pass?

Your Quick Pass allows you to bypass the General Admission entry line upon arrival to the venue. Simply ask our Guest Services team to be directed to the dedicated Quick Pass entrance!

*Note: Quick Pass requires a separate event ticket for entry.

Quick Pass is NOT early entry and does NOT compete with artist-driven VIP programs. It is just first entry when doors open to the public, and allows purchasers to enter immediately if there is a large line to get in.

How do I purchase accessible seating?

We sell accessible seating via axs.com and at the Box Office, which is open on event days 2 hours prior to doors.

These seats are available to any party that has someone requiring accessible seating, and the ticket limit for these seats is the same as the limit set for the general public.

What time zone is used for the show time and on sale time?

All dates and times are local.

How do I subscribe/unsubscribe to a concert calendar for events in my area?

You may unsubscribe from this service at any time by editing your profile here, or clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the concert calendar you receive.

How can I meet the band?

Only the artist record company, artist management, or artist fan club grant backstage access or meet n’ greet opportunities. 1STBANK Center does not handle artist access.

How do I get directions to the show?

Please visit our venue information page for detailed directions and a map.

The show is this week and my tickets haven’t arrived, they’ve been lost, or they’ve been damaged. What can I do?

Please call AXS, not 1STBANK Center, if you any of these issues within 3 days prior to the event. They have information to track your order and will recommend a solution. You can find directions on how to reach customer service at AXS here.

For tickets purchased through artist fan clubs or other organizations, you should contact that organization directly for information.

For Flash Mobile Delivery, please make sure to download the AXS app (iOS or Android).

What happens if my event is cancelled or postponed?

All refunds are available at your point of purchase. If you purchased your tickets though AXS, please contact them to receive a refund or exchange for a postponed or canceled event. Instructions for AXS regarding postponed and canceled events are here.

For postponement, all tickets currently being held for the originally scheduled concert will be valid for the rescheduled date.

If you are unable to make the rescheduled date, refunds are available.

Do I have to pay for parking?

Parking is free at 1STBANK Center, unless otherwise noted.

1STBANK Center reserves the right to charge a parking fee for certain events. 

What time do the doors open?

Is there a restaurant inside the venue?

We have several concession stands with items such as chicken sandwiches, burgers, veggie burgers, hot dogs, burritos and pizza, to name a few.

Do the concession stands take credit cards?

Concession stands accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.

Is there a hotel nearby?

What is not allowed into the venue?

Can I bring a camera to the show?

Is there a Nursing Suite?

We have partnered with UCHealth to provide guests with a Nursing Suite for a private comfortable place for nursing mothers.  For access, please go to customer service to obtain the key code.  The UCHealth Nursing Suite is located in the Southeast corner of the lower concourse – outside of section 109.

Can I fill up my refillable water bottle?

UCHealth Hydration Stations are located on the North side of the lower concourse – outside of sections 103 and 118.  Bring your refillable water bottle to any 1STBANK show to stay hydrated!
